Tasting Notes
Rather measured in colour, but all the more exciting on the nose and palate. A potpourri of raspberries, strawberries and a light herbal note on the nose. On the palate, the almost perfectly integrated wood complements the very clean fruit, cushioned by very good acidity. A robust rosé with great potential and a spicy finish. Not only a sophisticated and well thought-out, individual rosé, but also a perfect accompaniment to crustacean dishes.
