Tasting Notes
Cream-coloured with dusky pink reflexes. Still restrained on the nose with a mixture of balsamic wood, chalky minerality and sour cherry fruit. The palate has an almost weightless density, serious with perfectly integrated acidity, finest phenolics and reminiscent of a high-class Côte de Beaune white. Very good indeed.
