The rosé Spätburgunder Rosé Reserve, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Aldinger has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Pale salmon pink in colour. Some honey and yeast on the nose, then also herbal tones and a subtle high-ripeness influence in the fruit. The wine is very supple on the palate, even slightly oily, a firm acidity and a layer of phenolics balance the pronounced softness, with good freshness the wine still finishes closed and compact.
