Bright salmon pink in the glass. Fruity on the nose, red currants, raspberries, strawberries, herbal savouriness. Medium-bodied on the palate, juicy fruit, lively acidity, mineral savouriness, refreshing carbonic acid, fine phenolics, long on the palate. Great as a soloist or with light dishes.
