Tasting Notes
Salmon pink in the glass. Delicate berry fruit on the nose, subtle notes of fresh bread dough, raspberries, pomegranate, pear, and vineyard peach. On the palate, it flows elegantly with a fine, sparkling mousse; clear and juicy fruit with a mineral foundation, a delicate acidity, slender with good extract and a compact structure, invigorating.
