Tasting Notes

96
Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Some mature notes on the nose, chocolate, also some plum. Full-bodied on the palate, grainy but ripe, highly dense, mineral, dark berries on the finish, grippy, powerful, seamless. A full-bodied, savoury Pinot - impressive with good prospects.
