Tasting Notes

95
Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose: strawberry confit, subtle wood, a hint of fig and malt. Lots of juiciness on the palate, fine-grained tannins, a broad structure, but showing good maturity for the vintage, very elegant, clearly mineral-tinged. Has juiciness in depth.
