The white wine »Frauke« Cuvée weiß trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut am Kaiserbaum Hammel-Hundinger has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Blanc, Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Fruity nose, to which the two grape varieties Cabernet Blanc and Riesling contribute: ripe yellow fruit, mango, currant and peach, some yoghurt. Smooth and elegant on the palate with clear fruit and a lively, balanced acidity, fine savouriness, some white pepper, appealing length, a well-executed combination of the two grape varieties.
