The white wine »Naturtalent« Cabernet blanc trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut am Kaiserbaum Hammel-Hundinger has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Blanc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The fresh aroma shows the varietal type from the fruit rather than the green, paprika like side: red gooseberry, lemon blossom, passionfruit, yellow fleshed peach. On the palate, the wine has a lovely freshness, juicy acidity and delicate sweetness are underlined by a pinch of carbonic acid in its playful structure. The finish has a remarkable intensity in the fruit, good length.
