Tasting Notes
This has a purple colour with violet reflections. There is an aroma of ripe cherry on the nose, along with elderberry, and subtle cassis, with spicy nuances, some cinnamon, and allspice, it appears fully ripe and harmonious. It is medium-bodied on the palate, with a lovely balance of sweetish texture and ripe acidity. There are beautifully integrated tannins, again with dark berry fruit, and a peppery spiciness, and it finishes long.
