The Steinig Tisch winery has been run by Roman Rutishauser in the third generation since 2015. In the vineyard, the winegrower from the St. Gallen Rhine Valley favours restraint and cultivates eight different grape varieties on seven hectares of vineyards in harmony with nature. In addition to classics such as Müller-Thurgau and Pinot Noir, there are also varieties such as Kerner, which the Rutishauser family was the first to bring to Switzerland in 1973. From these and other varieties, Rutishauser presses 14 wines of different styles.
