Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Fine cassis touch, a hint of fresh plum, a hint of heart cherry, tobacco touch, fresh bergamot. Juicy, complex, subtle acidity, supported by citrus nuances, cassis on the finish, liquorice in the aftertaste, lingers very well, a multi-layered food companion with certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingDeep dark ruby with purple reflections and hints of ochre on the delicately lighter rim. On the nose there are aromas of fine dark berry fruit, nuances of fresh plum and black cherry, candied orange zest and a touch of tobacco. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with fine fruit expression, a touch of cherry and cassis, fine tannins, a silky feel and good persistence. Already showing good development.
