Dark garnet, purple hues, ochre rim. Fine dark forest berry confit, a hint of plums, blackberries and liquorice, tobacco nuances. Juicy, elegant, fine cherry, discreet tannins, lingers well, a subtle fruit sweetness on the finish, a balanced food companion with ageing potential.
