The red wine »37° AuTerroir« Pinot Noir, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut AuTerroir has been rated in 2026 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
Fragrant, finely spiced nose, pepper, clove, rosehip, chokeberry, blood orange, light and dark wild berries, red cherries, dark chocolate. Combines grip and straightforward flow elegantly on the palate with a juicy and supple base, fine acid vein, silky tannin, clear fruit closely interwoven with distinctive spice, good length.
More about the tastingBright light cherry red - almost a rosé colour. The aroma combines herbal, savoury notes with fruit reminiscent of cocktail cherry and the aromas of a southern European confectionery. On the palate, the wine has more tannin than the pale colour suggests, it has nerve, juice and grip, also minerality - and finishes again on herbal aromas. An exciting food companion.
