Light in color and fragrant: sweet almond, rosehip and red currant, strawberry, essential herbs, sage and thyme, also a hint of malt. Complex and expressive. The palate opens for a moment with the viscous richness of a wine from a steep vineyard, but then quickly changes to a juiciness that is supported by very fine tannins that have already melted in its structure and a strong tactile minerality.
