Contrary to expectations based on the salmon red colour, the fragrance is savoury, smoky and earthy on the nose. With ripe strawberry as a backdrop. Full and juicy on the palate, it is almost sweet, reminiscent of rose hip confit. With a subtle acidity, the wine is an invitation to grilled lamb chops.
