Unfiltered and naturally cloudy in the glass. Brioche, candied mirabelle plum, fresh ginger and thyme on the nose. Fine mousse, racy acidity carries fresh herbs, delicate savouriness and citrus fruits through the palate. An uncomplicated approach to a polarising theme.
