The white wine »Purist« Lieser Riesling trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Axel Pauly has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from Moselle in Germany.
Very bright and youthful on the nose, pronounced aromas of apple, with notes of lemon zest and a touch of yeast. Despite the low alcohol content and practically no residual sweetness, the palate is full-bodied, with a tangy character and attractive phenolics alongside the crisp, Mosel acidity. A consistent style.
