Tasting from 08.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

A brilliant golden yellow in colour. The aroma is already fully developed and shows rulander-like aromas of nougat de Montélimar and honey, as well as chestnut and pinot berries. On the palate a supple fullness initially unfolds, leading into a subtle interplay of sweetness and acidity. The finish is taut and full-bodied.
