The sekt »Pinot« Rosé extra brut, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Baer has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Mittelrhein in Germany.
Pastel-coloured salmon pink. A very clear, pure Pinot fragrance. Some yeast. The palate shows a quite dynamic mousse, a crisp acidity meets subtle sweetness, a layer of somewhat dry phenolics gives the wine structure. A refreshing aperitif.
