Tasting Notes
Pale yellow-green. Ripe apple and quince fruit on the nose, delicate blossom honey, delicate spicy notes, inviting bouquet. Sweet on the palate with notes of peach and banana, a little melting due to a lack of defining acidity, a little baroque overall and less structured at the moment.
