The red wine »Caviar de Pinot Noir« trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Balthasar Ress has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Balsamic aroma, mint and basil, plus clove, earthy, dark raspberry. On the palate it shows with a juicy attack, very fine tannin extraction, flows round, lots of texture, red fruits, cherry, the ripe acidity is very well integrated, long finish.
