The sekt »Blanc de Noir« Crémant Baden brut, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Baumann has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Subtly yeasty, also a little peppery, berry fruit flavours. On the palate, the wine starts with suppleness and an early, fine mousse, a ripe but well-sustained acidity underpins the Pinot fruit. Salty on the finish - a very cultivated flint wine.
