The white wine »S« Pinot Blanc Nittel Leiterchen trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Befort has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Blanc from the region Moselle in Germany.
Citrus fruit, pear and quince on the nose, nettle, also some caramelised hazelnuts. Slender format with a lot of substance and good tension, nice savouriness, vivid acidity and fruit sweetness, powerful, round, the shell limestone brings minerality. Will mature well.
