The white wine »S« Chardonnay Pinot Blanc trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Befort has been rated in 2018 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder from the region Moselle in Germany.
This has a hint of oak spiciness, plus ripe fruit notes, straw blossom, and some hazelnut. There is good extract, light sweetness and firm acidity on the palate, and it is full-bodied with an elegant impression, a mineral tension, and a subtle oak-supported development on the finish.
