The white wine Pinot Gris trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Befort has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Moselle in Germany.
A scent of chestnut honey and green pear and also cold fermentation aromas. In the mouth, the wine shows the fullness of the variety, supported by a clear sweetness and accompanied by lively, but not excessively pinching Mosel acidity. A solid, mildly interpreted varietal type.
