The white wine »Kleines Fass« Vendersheim Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Beiser has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The ageing in small barrels is evident on the nose with woody savouriness and smoky notes, as well as some pineapple and pear with garden herbs. Broad on the palate with a sweet texture and ripe acidity, some green walnuts from barrel ageing, savoury and young, will develop.
