The white wine »Quarzit« Bingen Schlossberg Schwätzerchen Silvaner trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Beiser has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Green apple, black pepper, passion fruit and a slight hint of vanilla form an interesting bouquet on the nose. On the palate, the wine has pronounced alcohol and rather creamy with low acidity. Certainly a worthy and versatile food companion.
