Smells savoury of Aubau in small wooden barrels, toasty aromas, smoke, melon and pear peel, some pumpkin. On a soft base, compact power and also substance shows on the palate, also well endowed in extract, creamy, with soft, fine acidity, fine savouriness, restrained in fruit expression, some melon. Can still grown-up, gastronomic thought.
