Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.06.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Lots of fruit on the nose: ripe, sweet raspberry and strawberry, yellow fruity notes also in the echo, slightly floral. Slenderly built and elegant on the palate with a neat interplay of freshness and noticeable fruitiness, energetic, determined acidity, never ponderous. Nice fruit: raspberry, strawberry and red cherry as well as some plum, a touch of fine spice. Animating charmer.
