Intense aromas of yeast and notes of a spontaneous fermentation. Light honey aromas. On the palate, fresh on the attack, a fine and dynamic mousse, a pinch of sweetness balances the palate and gives polish to the chalky minerality. Attractive savoury notes from the spontaneous fermentation enrich the finish.
