Tasting Notes

Tasting from 07.12.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Zinc yellow with greenish-gold reflections. A rather opulent aroma pours from the glass, mirabelle plum, dried peach, banana. Fruity overripeness. In the mouth, the wine has a layer of suppleness, but then also substance and core, the sweetness remains discreet, but the alcohol is somewhat more vivid, the acidity is lively and supports well.
