Breisgau 2021 (13%, no grape variety indicated). Medium yellow colour. Fine reduction note, a bit flinty, gunpowder, yeast, apple, pear and mirabelle, also flowers, a touch of jasmine and lilac. Compact format on the palate, powerful but with clearly defined contour, juicy, yellow apple, balanced crystalline acidity, fine sea salt that delicately flavours the juice clear juice, not too deep, not too long, not too much finesse, well-balanced dry white wine that shows food-friendly. Vinified with savvy and skill, 91.5 to 92 (correction, more like 91.5). .
