Tasting Notes
Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Restrained, delicate herbal savouriness, a hint of fresh orange zest, white tropical fruit, some lychee, fine smoky savouriness. Taut, tightly meshed, yellow apple fruit, fresh, subtle fruit sweetness on the finish, delicate honey in the aftertaste, a good food wine, somewhat one-dimensional in expression. Completely without botrytis tone.
