Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine herbal spice with tobacco undertones, ripe pome fruit, candied mandarin zest, delicate hints of blossom honey, a hint of walnut, mineral touch. Full-bodied, elegant, extract-sweet texture, fine yellow apple fruit, salty nuances, perfectly integrated acid structure, a hint of apricot on the finish. The finish is harmonious and has great length, a perfect representative of the varietal with a certain ageing potential for many years.

A multi-faceted bouquet, with nuances of white pepper, a herbal savouriness, hints of fresh pear, pineapple and mandarin zest in the background. Taut and tightly woven, subtle notes of yellow apple, mineral, well-integrated acidity and a long-lasting finish. A very elegant style, at the beginning of a great career, definite ageing potential.
