Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. There's a delicate smoky background to yellow apple fruit, a touch of blossom honey, mango, savoury herbs, and a tobacco touch. It is complex and tightly meshed, with white apple fruit, fine acidity, and a lemony, mineral finish. Very good length and certain ageing potential.
