Tasting from 27.03.2026: Ulrich Sautter

The nose is herbaceous and spicy with a slightly "natural" touch, some apple and honey, but then also pepper and strong chalky-mineral aromas. The palate is supple, silky, full-bodied and round, with ripe acidity and mealy, very fine phneols as the driving force. Already round and harmonious, but will open up even more without framing. Good food companion.
