The white wine »S37« Freyburg Schweigenberg Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Böhme & Töchter has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Saale-Unstrut in Germany.
An initial spiciness on the nose, lemon balm, yellow peach. In the mouth, the chalky aromas of the shell limestone emerge early on, then a dense but fresh acidity on the palate with fine phenolics unfolds. The finish has nothing barren despite the completely dry dosage.
