Limey, smoky and yeasty notes dominate a primarily citric fruit flavour. The palate is lean and focused, a fine mousse accompanies the juicy acidity, a well-judged pinch of sweetness adds playfulness. Tactile mineral notes linger on the finish. A terroir flint wine.
