Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Typical scent of ripe yellow stone fruit, vine peach and warm slate, also summer vineyard herbs. On the palate a nice interplay of fruit, sweetness and acidity, also fine spiciness and minerality, slenderly built and yet of good intensity. Young.
