The white wine »Tradition« Riesling trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Bollig has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Smells of yellow apple, tangerine, lemon grass and herbs. On the palate it lives up to its name: fruity, vivid acidity, beautiful interplay of the two elements, spicy and lively, slenderly built and with a fine phenolic astringency. An enjoyable traditional wine!
