Concentrated bouquet of dried tomatoes and cooked strawberries. Some cassis and peppers. Sweet toast spice meets peppery tomato juice. Concentrated flavor with piquant spice. Vanilla, tomato sauce and beet. Very dense with exuberant use of wood. Still needs time.
