Tasting Notes
Focuses on pure berry fruit: archetypal Pinot, wild blueberry, and just a hint of oak. Plump and supple at the start, a great charm emanates from this palate structure, sweet fruit carries the mid-palate, the acidity is well integrated, the wine finishes juicy and rounded with very good length.
More about the tastingNew wood, sweet cherry, fine and Burgundy savouriness, silky and juicy, soft tannin, mineral background, rather medium-bodied in the extract, but not without mineral depth. Inconspicuous at the moment, but with certain ageing potential for mineral elegance.
