On the nose some mint, a ethereal fragrance, with smokiness, juniper, and some almond. There are salty notes on the palate, with creaminess, grainy tannins, well-integrated acidity, and quite an elegant finish. It is a finely spiced and supple Burgundian that is recommended to drink with fine display dishes.
