Quince and macadamia nut, white sesame, not a loud aroma. The palate is supple and round on the attack, flowing with a delicate, subtle flavour and almost mild acidity, finishing very dry without appearing austere. Finally, clearly mineral. A versatile food companion at the very beginning of its life's journey.
