Cloudy, straw yellow with a hint of onion skin. Aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and plum, plus yeast, brioche and white almonds. Complex and appealing, but not overloaded. Dry, with moderately fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins, grippy on the finish. Salty hints of salt lemon, very balanced and well-balanced, with great length. Elegant food companion.
