Tasting Notes
A very restrained use of wood also meets varietal flavours of clover blossom, hay, almond paste and pear. There is also a hint of flint. The palate proves to be full-bodied, supple in moderation, but also textured with fine phenolics, a fine juicy and mineral vein runs through the wine, which has seamlessly interwoven acidity and body.
