The red wine »Cuvée 14« trocken, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Buchert has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Cabernet Mitos from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Cassis and cherry on the nose, blood orange and sage. Fine ripe aromas, balsamic spice. Powerful and compact on the palate, robust tannin structure, a peppery spiciness, elderberry, fruity nuances and also freshness. A bold wine for winter evenings or strong flavoured dishes.
