Sauvignac and Cabernet Blanc are the blend "Knallweiss 19". Spicy nose with citrus notes, lime zest and candied orange zest, yellow flowers. On the palate the vivid acidity initially dominates but the clear and sweet fruit is well balanced with lots of spice.
