Tasting Notes
Floral aromas of cherry blossom, sage and jasmine on the nose. Caraway, quince jelly and Granny Smith apple. Cool and austere on the palate. Subtle smokiness. Delicate texture. Well-integrated acidity. Juicy mid-palate. Fruity centre on the finish.
More about the tastingBlood orange and white peach, very fruity and only subtly "fumé", a little pepper. The palate opens silky and with a slight sweetness, delicate phenolic structure fills the centre of the palate and reinforces the slightly chalky impression, a fresh acid nerve leads out and leaves the palate polished.
